By accessing and using Migo, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and current information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Booking Policy:
- All bookings are subject to availability
- Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance
- A 5% platform fee is added to all bookings
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before booking
- No refund if cancelled within 24 hours
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
Venue providers must:
- Provide accurate venue and resource information
- Honor all confirmed bookings
- Maintain their venue in good condition
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Keep their calendar and availability up to date
You may not:
- Use the platform for any illegal purposes
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Interfere with the platform's operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
All content on Migo, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Migo or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Migo acts as a platform connecting users with venues. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by venues or any issues arising from your use of venue facilities.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
